For new applicants, please use the following steps:

1. Click on the "Register New Applicant" link above.

2. Fill in the fields on the form. Remember to use the "Check Availability" button to ensure your Username is valid.

3. Use the email activation code with the "Activate Account" link.

4. Login with your Username and Password.

5. Go to "My Qualifications" and fill in the details.
